I will be honest about the effects of this product. At 32, I had severe issues such as irregular periods, pronounced PMS, dizziness, shortness of breath, and pelvic pain, all worsened by migraines. After taking it for a month, my PMS symptoms diminished by 90%, and I experienced no pain during my period! My acne has also started to clear up.
